The State Hotel Grand Opening
The State Hotel, a Lake Union Partners development, will open it’s doors in the Summer of 2018. With ninety rooms and a 2,400 square foot restaurant, the hotel is sure to become a prominent staple in the Seattle area.

The State Hotel Interior Design
Vida is thrilled to be working alongside Lake Union Partners, Weinstein AU Architects and Urban Designers, Exxel Pacific, Columbia Hospitality and Rushing on The State Hotel. We’ve had a blast working on concepts, collaborating, interior architectural details, finish selections and FF&E for the project and can’t wait to continue sharing more in the coming months!

Lake Union Partners & The State Hotel
Lake Union Partners is repurposing the historic Eitel Building, located just one block from the Pike Place Market, into The State Hotel, an independent boutique hotel with 90 guest rooms. The ground floor will be anchored by a signature restaurant at the prominent corner of 2nd Avenue and Pike Street. The project plans for an extensive rehabilitation of the landmark building to comply with current building code. This includes a seismic structural upgrade of the interior systems, refinishing the exterior brick façade, re-construction of the street level storefronts, and the addition of an 8th floor which includes guest rooms with a seasonal bar and event space facing the Pike Place Market, and Elliot Bay. -via Lake Union Partners
The hotel will be located at 1501 Second Avenue in the historic Eitel building.
