Lobby Lounge

A sophisticated color palette is combined with organic shapes and natural materials throughout The Society. A large modern macramé greets guests and residents alike and is a true reflection of modern leisure. The custom sofa combines modern shape with warm natural materials, and creates a space to visit with friends and mingle in comfort.

Fireside Lounge

Cozy clean comfort. The Fireside Lounge illicits all the warm fuzzies. The fireplace was created from concrete slab, and custom cushions affixed for relaxation. A curated set of textural lounge chairs as well as custom curved couches welcomes multiple groups and serves as a community gathering place.

Cowork

The meeting lounges were designed to illicit the free flow of ideas and accommodate multiple work styles, all while providing a suitable space for multiple people to gather. Black and white art combined with textural grey finishes provide an ideal space for ideas to blossom.

Mail Room

Mail is historical and a seeming ode to the past, so incorporation of a breeze block divider and typewriter was appropriate. The terrazzo porcelain tile floor mingles with the retro divide and together they create a bright and cheery space to gather and send mail.

Hospitality Lounge

Serving as the hub of the community, the main leasing building exudes sophisticated mid century modern. Terrazzo porcelain tiles add fun geometry that is carried through to the geometric wall covering. Lush textiles contribute to the refined yet playful atmosphere that residents and guests alike can enjoy.

Leasing

Adjacent to the Hospitality Lounge, Leasing is comprised of several spaces that allow for maximum adaptation to work flow. Property Managers and current and potential residents are invited to engage in formal and informal settings. Warm and inviting open conference tables, as well as quiet and comfortable meeting rooms characterize the space.

Club Room

The clubroom refences the swanky look of a 60’s era pool room, embracing playful art and pattern overlaid on clean architectural lines.  Warm wood is combined with natural stone, offering a palette that is timeless, warm and casually sophisticated.

Residential Units

Model units at The Society are the essence of the mid-century modern style. With a collection of items both vintage and contemporary, they capture the unique character of the residents and the surrounding community, and breathe new life into this iconic, classic look.
