Nestled in the heart of Seattle’s Central District, the concept for this expansive mixed-use mid-Rise project is Relaxed Vibrance. The goal was to weave in the rich history and culture from the neighborhood with the use of eclectic and colorful materials that relate to each other while feeling distinctly different. The dynamic mix of amenity spaces includes a community gallery, jazz lounge, co-work lounge overlooking the double height game lounge, and expansive fitness center. There are also two roof level amenity lounge spaces which open onto outdoor space with great views of Seattle.
