Privacy Policy

Last updated November 5, 2026

Vida Design is an interior design firm. This policy explains how we handle personal information on our website and in our internal tools.

Information we collect

If you contact us, we keep what you send, such as your name, email address and message. Our website host may collect standard usage data, such as pages visited and browser type.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, run our business and improve our website. We do not sell personal information.

Pinterest

Our internal design software connects to one company Pinterest account. It reads boards and pins that have been shared with that account, so our staff can use them as design references. It does not post to Pinterest or change anything there, and it does not access the Pinterest accounts of other people. Images staff bring in are stored in our internal systems.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or delete your information, or to have a board removed from our access, contact us at aidev@vida-design.com.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here.
